WHAOO Aphrodisiac relaxing, euphoriant and sexual stimulant (Man and woman)
Ingredients
30 grams of Damiana (leaves)
1/2 liter of Tequila or white Vodka
Preparation
Faire une infusion
Put the Damiana leaves in 1/2 liter of white alcohol (Tequila or Vodka)
Let the Damiana leaves infuse out of the light at ambient temperature during 5 days.
After 5 days filter with a strainer
Make a decoction
Put in a casserole the Damiana leaves which was used for the infusion
Pour above 200 ml of spring water
boiling and to let quiver during 20-30 minutes until reduction of 1/3 of the volume of water
Filter the decoction with a strainer
Add 1/4 cup of honey and mix gently until dissolution of honey
Add alcohol infusion
Pour the whole in a bottle and let rest during 1 month
Drink 1 or 2 glass one hour before the desired effect.

Damiana (Turnera diffusa, or Turnera aphrodisiaca) is a shrub originating of Central America to the leaves green-pale and the yellow flowers, they have an odor prickly and penetrating. The decoctions or infusions of leaves of Damania were used by the Indian Maya of Mexico and known since centuries in South America, in Central America like in the West of India to increase the sexual desire. Used traditionally as aphrodisiac, it's also an excellent tonic and reconstituting of nervous system.
