Ingredients
1 teaspoon of Muira Puama (in powder)
1/2 teaspoon of Yohimbe (in powder)
1 teaspoon of Damiana (in powder)
Preparation
Make heat the equivalent of one glass of spring water (quivering but nonebullient).
Then add the powder of Muira Puama, of Yoimbe and of Damania
Agitate to dissolve
At the need filter the residues
Let cool
Consume 30 minutes before a sexual intercourse.
The effect persists during about 1 hour 1h 1/2.

The bark of yohimbe comes from a tree originating of certain West Africa countries (Cameroun, Congo, Gabon, Nigeria) where the bark of the yohimbe is traditionally recognized as a powerful aphrodisiac. The bark of the yohimbe has made its appearance in Occident for a few year, as ingredient of various natural products or exotic, on sale free, they have as purpose to improve the sexual performances.
