 Ingredients

  • 1 liter of white wine
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 8 cloves
  • 1 nutmeg
  • 30 grams of ginger
  • 125 grams of liquid clover honey
  • 6 Almonds (not salted)
 Preparation

Part A (infusion)
  • Carefully crush with the rammer 6 almonds not salted
  • slice thinly 30 grams of ginger root
  • In 3/4 of liter of white wine put the cloves, the ginger and the crushed almonds.
  • Let macerate 24 hours at ambient temperature in a bottle well closed.
Part B (decoction)
  • Break 3 cinnamon sticks coarsely
  • Grate a nutmeg
  • Put 1/4 of liter of white wine in a casserole
  • Add cinnamon and nutmeg
  • Boiling and let quiver approximately 20 to 30 minutes (until reduction of 1/3 of the White wine)
  • Filter and preserve at the refrigerator
Part C
  • Filter the White wine
  • Mix the Part A with the part B
  • Add 125 grams of liquid clover honey (or more according to your taste)
  • Mix until complete dissolution
  • Filter the mixture
The Giddiness is ready to be consumed and must be preserved at the refrigerator.
